Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• Study data: your answers, scores, mistakes, streak, XP, test attempts, battles, squads and settings, so your progress works on every device.
• Referral data: your invite code and which accounts signed up with it.
• Payment records: the Razorpay order and payment IDs and the amount for any purchase. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay and never reach us.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept by our hosting providers for security and to keep the service running.

Guests who practise without signing in keep their progress only in their own browser.

How we use it

• To run your account, save your progress and show your scores, ranks and leaderboards.
• To unlock what you are entitled to: the free trial, referral unlocks and the Test Series you bought.
• To prevent abuse, such as fake accounts made to farm referrals.
• To answer your messages and improve questions you report.

We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.

Who we share it with

• Supabase stores your account and study data.
• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
• Google handles sign-in.
• Razorpay processes payments.

Your name and score may appear to other students in battles, squad leaderboards and test ranks. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to save guest progress and settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Students under 18

Many NEET aspirants are under 18. If you are under 18, please use PrepPhoenix with the consent of a parent or guardian, who may contact us about your data at any time.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from the email you sign in with. We will act on it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

Security

Data travels over HTTPS, and database access rules make sure each student can read only their own records. No online service is perfectly secure, so please keep your Google account safe.
