PrepPhoenixRefund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
The Phoenix Test Series is a digital product that you can use as soon as you buy it, so all sales are final.
No refunds
Payments for the Phoenix Test Series (₹699) are not refundable and cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete, whether or not you take the tests. Please try the free Part Tests 1–3 before you buy.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but the Test Series did not unlock, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, email [email protected] with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. We will either unlock your access or return the extra payment to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirming it.
If we cancel tests
If we have to cancel the Test Series before its scheduled tests run, we will refund the unused part of your payment.
