The service

PrepPhoenix offers NCERT page-by-page practice for NEET: NCERT pages with linked questions, PYQs, revision tools, battles and the paid Phoenix Test Series. PrepPhoenix is not affiliated with NCERT or the National Testing Agency (NTA). NCERT text is shown for study, and the official books are at ncert.nic.in.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate details and use one account per person.
• If you are under 18, use PrepPhoenix with a parent's or guardian's consent.

Free access, trial and referrals

• The first 2 chapters of every book are free for everyone.
• A new account gets every chapter free for 3 days after sign-up. The trial does not include paid tests.
• When 7 friends sign up with your invite link, every chapter stays open for you for good.
• Referrals must be real people. Fake, duplicate or self-made accounts do not count, and we may remove unlocks gained through them.

Phoenix Test Series

• The Test Series costs ₹699 (inclusive of any applicable taxes) and gives access to all 30 scheduled tests until 5 April 2027. Part Tests 1–3 are free for signed-in students.
• Each test opens at 2:00 PM IST on its scheduled date. We may move a test date for technical or other reasons and will tell you in the app.
• Tests are marked by our server. Ranks compare students who took the same test and are for guidance only; they do not predict your NEET result.
• Purchases follow our Refund Policy.

Fair use

• Do not copy, resell, publish or share our questions, solutions, tests or account access.
• Do not try to break, scrape or overload the service, or get around access rules.
• Be respectful in battles and squads. Do not use offensive names.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to keep questions and answers correct, but mistakes can happen. Use the "Report" button on any question or email [email protected], and we will fix confirmed errors. PrepPhoenix is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result.

Our content

Questions, solutions, tests, designs, the Phoenix mascot and the PrepPhoenix name belong to Prep Phoenix. NCERT text belongs to NCERT.

Liability

PrepPhoenix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Prep Phoenix is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. Please contact us at [email protected] first, and we will try to resolve any issue quickly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use PrepPhoenix means you accept the updated terms.
